VRP provides several ways to find the products that best match your needs. You can navigate to products by health interest, product category, product name, or by customer favorites. Or, if you prefer to search, simply enter a product name, a product code, or keyword like ”vitamin D“ in the search box found at the top of every page of our website.

Canceling an Order
We cannot guarantee your ability to cancel an order once placed, depending on how soon you try to cancel it, but please call us at (800) 877-2447 and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
Returning an Order
Our Lifetime Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you ever need to return a product (excluding books and accessories) for any reason, please mail the product(s) you wish to return to the following address: Vitamin Research Products, 2100 Capstone Drive, Lexington, KY 40511 USA. Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and postage is not reimbursed for returning products. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to insure proper delivery.
Viewing Order History
Once you’ve logged in, you can view your order history by clicking on "My Account," then "Order History & Tracking" on the left-hand side of the page. You can then click on any of your past orders to view those details.
Managing Your Account
If you forget your password at any time, please click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the sign-in page. We will immediately email you a new password, which you can then change to one of your own choosing.
Creating an Account
To create an account, either begin the checkout process or click on "Register" in the upper-right corner. Fill in your name, email address, and password and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Changing Account Details
When logged in, you can edit your account details at any time by going to My Account and select "Account Information" on the left-hand side. Don’t forget to hit save after you’re done!
