If You Wish to Make a Return

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send your merchandise back to VRP. Call 1-800-877-2447 or (775) 884-8217, and one of our friendly product specialists will be happy to issue a RMA number. You can also send an email to returns@vrp.com. NOTE: Your request for an RMA number must be placed within 30 days of receiving your package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and postage is not reimbursed for returning products. (We recommend sending packages UPS or Insured Parcel Post to insure proper delivery.)
