When your order arrives, please review your invoice and product(s). Make sure that nothing is covered up by our environmentally-sound packaging material. If there is a discrepancy, contact us at (775) 884-1300 within ten days of receiving your package.
If You Wish to Make a Return
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send your
merchandise back to VRP. Call 1-800-877-2447 or (775) 884-8217, and we will be happy to issue a RMA number.
You can also send an email to returns@vrp.com. NOTE: Your request for an
RMA number must be placed within 30 days of receiving your package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable,
and postage is not reimbursed for returning products. (We recommend sending packages UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post to insure
proper delivery.)
