Samento® Extract

From deep within the rainforest and refined by scientific knowledge, comes Samento. Samento is a proprietary extract of Uncaria tomentosa, also known as Cat’s Claw, in an easy-to-take, full-spectrum liquid extract. It’s the pentacyclic (POA) form of Cat’s Claw that has been shown to support immune function, and Samento delivers these pentacyclic constituents, certified free of TOA (tetracyclic oxindole alkaloids).*

What's more, Samento Extract contains a number of quinovic acid glycosides, which can have a direct immune supportive effect. Samento also contains a variety of triterpenes and polyphenols, which demonstrate powerful immune modulating and blood sugar-balancing abilities.

Last but not least, liquid Samento Extract has been proven to be an effective inflammation balancer in a number of studies. Research shows that it can protect cells against oxidative stress and block the activation of NFkappaB and TNF-alpha without damaging your intestinal lining

Recommended Samento Extract Dosage:

Put 1 to 30 drops in 4 oz. of water and wait one minute before drinking. Start with 1 drop twice daily (30 min. before meals), increasing slowly to 30 drops twice daily or as directed by your physician. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop.

Cautions:

Do not take Samento Extract if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs or if you are about to undergo an organ or bone marrow transplant.
