Where Do I Start?

For the motivated self-starter, VRP provides our Health Concerns tool to help you get started. Simply check the topics that interest you, and we'll recommend our best products for each concern. If you'd like further personalized assistance, please consider calling our product specialist.

Our Search box is at the top of every page on our website. You can type in an ingredient, a product name, a product code, or simply a keyword like "vitamin D" to find related products, articles, and Dear Doctor questions.

VRP regularly offers exclusive special offers to our customers who have signed up via email. Four Ways to Order

For all your ordering options and some of your potential questions answered, please take a look at our Ordering Information page.

Using Savings Codes

All of our sales use savings codes, which are required at check-out to apply your discount. Simply type in (or copy and paste from your email) the savings code at check-out, then click "apply" for your discount to count towards your total. Savings codes may not be combined with any other offer, discount or prior purchase.

Order Tracking

To track your order, login and view your order history. (To get there, click on "My Account," then "View Order History" on the right-hand side of the page.) Click on the order you'd like to track, then on the "track package" button.

Shipping Information

For all of our shipping methods, rates, and destinations, please take a look at our Shipping Information page. You can also view our Shipping Restrictions list. Please note that your orders are shipped Monday through Friday, holidays excluded, from Carson City, Nevada.

Canceling an Order

We cannot guarantee your ability to cancel an order once placed, depending on how soon you try to cancel it, but please call us at (800) 877-2447 and we'll do everything we can to assist you.

Returning an Order

Our 500 Day Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you ever need to return a product (excluding books and accessories) for any reason within 500 days of purchase, please mail the product(s) you wish to return to the following address: Vitamin Research Products, 4610 Arrowhead Drive, Carson City, NV 89706 USA. Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and postage is not reimbursed for returning products. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to insure proper delivery.

Viewing Order History

Once you've logged in, you can view your order history by clicking on "My Account," then "View Order History" on the right-hand side of the page. You can then click on any of your past orders to view those details.

Managing Your Account

Forgot Password

If you forget your password at any time, please click the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in page. We will immediately email you a new password, which you can then change to one of your own choosing.

Creating An Account

In order to place an order or save a product to your Wish List, you must have an account. To create an account, either begin the checkout process or click on "Create an Account" in the upper-right corner. Fill in your name, address, email, password, and phone number, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Changing Account Details

When logged in, you can edit your account details at any time by going to My Account | Edit Details in the upper-right corner. Don't forget to hit save after you're done with each section!

Adding an Address

You can add multiple addresses for billing and shipping, and you can choose your default addresses for billing and shipping as well. Simply go to My Account and type in your details, then click "add address." If you later change residences, you can also remove any address you add after you create your account.

Adding a Card

During the checkout process, you have the opportunity to add a new card to use or use one you've previously entered. Since you cannot add new cards outside of the checkout process, now is a great time to put in any that you plan on frequently using.

Receiving Emails

VRP sends helpful, educational emails on a regular basis to those interested in empowering themselves to achieve greater health. We send out weekly Health News, a monthly Newsletter, and occasional Special Offers that are only delivered to our email subscribers. You can view our privacy policy before signing up.

Your Wish List

Your Wish List is a way to save products that you wish to purchase later. Wish List items never expire and are only removed when you choose. Since you can add items to your cart from your Wish List, it's a great place to keep the products that you regularly order.

The VRP Article Library is the archive of every article ever written, whether for Health News, the monthly Newsletter, or a special study. You can easily search all our articles with the search box at the top of every page, or you can browse the article categories.

Monthly Newsletter

Every month, VRP sends out an information-packed monthly newsletter with bonus savings and sales. We collect some of the best articles from the previous month and present them in easy-to-read formats, along with brand new articles featuring new clinical studies and new health-related news.

Weekly Health News

Twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday, VRP sends out an article under Health News, our up-to-the-minute informational service for those who are dedicated to knowing as much as possible about improving their health. Like the monthly newsletter, Health News includes exclusive email special offers.

Educational Webinars

Every month, one of our medical professionals presents a one-hour seminar on a healthy aging topic, addressing your concerns and offering insights into a variety of topics. We archive all of our webinars after they're finished and give you a chance to sign up for new ones in advance.

Dear Doctor Questions
