In addition to a hearty nutrient base providing 18 grams of protein (from rice), 7 grams of plant-based fiber (from oat and psyllium), and daily doses of vitamins A, E and B-complex and iron, this formula includes beneficial amounts of saw palmetto and Ginkgo biloba extracts, the revered Chinese astragalus extract, spirulina, N-acetyl cysteine, the amino acid l-glutamine and two grams of vitamin C in each serving.
Recommended Dosage:
0216 — 2 scoops per day 1 at breakfast and 1 at lunch. It is generally recommended to begin with 1/2 scoop and increase.
