Dear Dr. Dean:I questions about three subjects all related to skin. The first has to do with vitiligo with despigment in the genital organs what to do and which are the best products for this case?Second is the brownish stains that appear in the skin due to sun exposure in brunette women similar to the brownish stains that also appear in pregnant women? The third is about psoriasis. Do you have any suggestions to lessen or even to eliminate the effects?Thanking you in advance and expressing with honesty of the great success of VRP products in aid of a lot of people that I have also been helping. They are products of excellent quality.Thank youJC

Dear JC Although I have no experience with benefit in vitiligo one of our customer service representatives alerted me to an article that recommended high-dose PABA (in the range of several grams daily) for this condition. The brownish stains may be deposits of lipofuscin—also known as aging spots or liver spots. These can be treated gradually with consumption of DMAE in the range of 300-500 mg daily. Results may be seen in about six months. Finally the only substance that has reliably had any effect on psoriasis that I have used is fumaric acid. Start with a dose of 500 mg daily and increase by 500 mg per week until improvement begins to be appreciated. Maximum dose is 3500 mg daily.Hope these suggestions help.Ward Dean M.D.
