Hypothyroidism, Adrenal Fatigue

Dear Dr. Meletis,

I have hypothyroidism and slight adrenal fatigue. Should I take Allay™ or Cortisol Control?

Dear Ms. W.,

 Thanks for the important question. If there was a choice between the two products, Allay would be more specific with slight adrenal fatigue. In addition, Rhodiola would be a nice synergistic product, as would increasing Vitamin C and B complex (Extension B-Plex).
