Dear Dr. S., Yes, it is fine for your son to take the adaptogenic products such as AdaptaPhase® I and II, Cortisol Control and Rhodiola Rosea.Adaptogens are virtually impossible to overdose on, and are devoid of adverse effects. Taking “too much” of an adaptogenic substance is a waste of money, but without acute or chronic toxicity.Ward Dean, M.D.
