AdaptaPhase® I

Dear Dr. Meletis,

I have a question about AdaptaPhase® I. Is this meant to be mixed with water, taken directly or does it not matter?

Most of my patients use AdaptaPhase I in the following fashion. They place it directly in their mouth and hold it for 30 to 60 seconds and swallow. Yet, it can be placed in water or juice as well. It’s ultimately up to your attending physician and you as to the preferred delivery process.
