AdaptaPhase® II

Dear Dr. Meletis,

What would be an appropriate dosing schedule for AdaptaPhase® II? Would 5 days on, 2 days off per week be OK, or would 4 days on, and 3 days off be better?

The label recommendation for AdaptaPhase II is: 1-2 capsules twice per day on an empty stomach. Take first dose in the morning and second dose in the early afternoon. If one chooses to alter from these label recommendations, one could take the product during a classical work week and not take it over the weekend. Ultimately, it depends on one’s adrenal test results, particular cortisol and DHEA, symptom picture and other health issues and medications being taken.
