Green Tea Extract

Green tea is the second most popular drink in the world. No other food or drink has been reported to have as many health benefits as green tea and it has been recorded as a medicine in China for at least 4,000 years. In fact, the ancient Chinese proverb says, “better to be deprived of food for 3 days than tea for one”.*

Green Tea’s health-promoting action is due to its rich content of antioxidant compounds such as epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and catechins.
