Could Aging be a Curable “Disease”?

The notion of aging as a treatable condition—where the average human lifespan lasts not just seventy-five years but may extend to as long as several centuries, and knowing that plastic surgery isn’t the only way to shave decades off of your body’s age—may sound like the stuff of science fiction novels. But according to the theories of the late Dr. Benjamin Frank, this scenario isn’t just possible… it could also become a reality that occurs far sooner than you might think.

Between the mid-‘50s and late-‘70s, Dr. Frank pioneered volumes of research in which he was able to halt the progression of a number of chronic degenerative diseases… including the “disease” of aging itself… with a single natural compound.1-3

The miracle molecule in question: ribonucleic acid—better known as RNA—the naturally occurring nucleotide chain that’s responsible for everything from protein synthesis to gene duplication, expression and regulation. Like its counterpart, DNA, life wouldn’t be possible without RNA—but unfortunately, your body’s stores of it are depleted over the years, because higher concentrations of RNA-destructive enzymes interfere with RNA-dependent cellular repair processes, just when you need them most.

The result of this deficit is aging, plain and simple… along with all of the deadly diseases that accompany it. But as Dr. Frank’s investigations show, high doses of supplemental RNA can help to stop—and even undo—some of this damage.

In patients with a progressive accumulation of atheromatous plaque, which may lead to coronary artery disease, RNA doses as low as 500 mg per day delivered noticeable, beneficial effects within two weeks: increased exercise tolerance, decreased shortness of breath and reduced angina episodes. Dr. Frank also observed that RNA supplementation contributed to restoration of normal cholesterol and triglycerides in patients within two months—without changes in dietary habits. Similar beneficial responses were reported with higher daily consumption of RNA in people with histories of congestive heart failure.

RNA supplements also alleviate breathlessness and reduce dependence on bronchodilators over time. Dr. Frank also reported that RNA helped people with fatigue and sluggish immune systems. In addition, he observed that RNA suppressed the addictive need to consume alcohol. Indeed, Dr. Frank found that a wide variety of chronic degenerative diseases responded to RNA at varying doses and in combination with other essential nutrients, such as B vitamins and magnesium.

RNA’s most beneficial application, however, is as an ergodynamic supplement to increase waning energy levels and chronic fatigue. In animal studies, Dr. Frank found that rats fed RNA lived almost twice as long as controls when subjected to oxygen deprivation. This same group also showed significantly higher swimming endurance, a dramatically increased work capacity (while requiring less oxygen) and a greater resistance to cold temperatures. What’s more, these effects were long-lasting… persisting in the experimental animals for weeks after treatment.

Vitamin Research Products offers ribonucleic acid capsules that deliver 500 mg of RNA in the form of a fish-free fortified yeast.
