We’re looking forward to the release of our new website in September. Although it is always challenging to launch a new site, we truly believe you will appreciate the enhancements that will provide a much better experience both for shopping and researching. This has been a long and arduous process and has taken longer than we had hoped. The magnitude of information on our site that we have accumulated over the last 30 years has made updating our website a very complex project.
In addition to the upcoming new website, we have employed new technology in other parts of the company all centered around better serving our customers. We realize we must improve efficiencies in every aspect of our business but most importantly in how we service our customers. VRP has always been known for new, cutting edge, innovative products. However, over the last 9 months we have not been able to release many of the formulations we have developed due to shifting our focus to operations. We are, however, resuming our new launches in September, and our first one is one of the most exciting products I have seen in quite some time (although the rest of the year also holds some pretty interesting product launches).
Another change we have made is in our newsletter. Some of you are reading the “Digest” version of our newsletter, which has all the same articles as our original newsletter only in a condensed, easy-to-read, digest format. Customer Corner is the same in each of the newsletters. As of July 1, the digest became the “free” newsletter for all new VRP customers. Existing customers who have traditionally received the longer scientific newsletter now have the option to convert to the digest format. New customers are welcome to subscribe to the scientific version, but since all digest articles are based on newsletter articles and are a lot shorter and easier to read, you will likely find the digest version an ideal choice.
In the end, every change we implement is designed to support you, our customer.
