Other Ingredients: Distilled water, purified water, thiamine hydrochloride,vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin.

For health maintenance: 1/4 to 1 teaspoon per day, 30 minutes prior to eating or taking other supplements. For existing cellular damage: 8 teaspoons per day, divided into 2 teaspoons 4 times per day for at least 2 months. Then, reduce dosage to 2 teaspoons twice per day, gradually reducing to 1 to 2 teaspoons. More severe cases may need the 8 teaspoons dose for a longer period.
